To initiate a repair or rebuild transaction:

  • Contact our Parts & Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization number
  • Carefully package the item(s) to be returned
  • Include the main address and phone number of the individual to contact if the item cannot be economically repaired
  • Include the purchase order number
