Air Purifier

3-Stage compressed air purifier for dry, hydrocarbon-free instrument air. Particulate and moisture removal to 0.01-micron and hydrocarbon vapor (>C4) removal to less than 1 ppm. Flow rates as high as 14 SCFM (400 lpm). Automatic float drains, pressure regulator and gauge are standard. Insures that any compressed air source will be instrument quality, without the ongoing cost and hazards of high-pressure gas cylinders.

These filters are essential to protect the desiccant beds from solid particles, water and oil. Includes a 5-micron particulate filter and a 0.01-micron coalescing filter, both featuring automatic bowl drains.

This assembly includes a 5-micron filter with an integrated pressure regulator and gauge. The gauge reads in both PSIG and kPa.

Color-change crystals provide a visual indication of the moisture content of the outlet air stream. The crystals are dark blue when the air is dry and light pink when wet.

Developed for laboratory environments for virtually noiseless operation of PHF-based products, including PCDA models. Quick and easy to install.
